I am an experienced, qualified coach with a career entrenched in people. 

 

My experience includes more than 12 years as a senior recruitment management consultant after various operational management positions across a number of industries.

In addition to heading up the training and development division of a dynamic talent retention company, I have run my own coaching practice and my most recent role was at board level, helping to build a thriving national recruitment business. 

 

I am passionate about helping clients to identify their hidden potential, build their self-confidence and increase their drive to achieve their goals. By working intuitively and empathetically with my clients, I am able to help them become more resilient and work towards being the person they want to be. 

 

Having successfully changed careers several times myself, alongside considerable experience as a coach and recruitment consultant, I am ideally placed to deliver effective coaching.
